Our Weavers are the backbone of what we do, and we value your dedication to your craft. That's why we provide industry leading pay starting at $18-$20/hr for every single Weaver.

Ongoing training

We provide extensive training (paid) even before you walk through a client's door. From there - our team is with you every step of the way to ensure that you receive the most up to date training and information available.

Technology and tools

Weavers are provided with all the tools they need to succeed. Our tech-enabled software allows for your onboarding, scheduling, and daily tracking to be right at your fingertips!
